Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of all systems. • *Candidates must be in the Hampton Roads/Peninsula VA area to be considered** Duties • End-user support for 40-50 Android phones and 40-50 computers • Manage WinSoft Mobile Tech for HVAC technicians • Administer Microsoft Dynamics and Office 365 • Oversee Windows 10-11 migration in 2025 • Support remote users with VPN • Utilize Hyper-V for server management • Guide transition to SharePoint • Implement Intune for PC automation Qualifications • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT role • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows) and server management • Excel • SQL Reporting Services • Experience with T-SQL for database management is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across departments • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are preferred but not mandatory Join our team to play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure while working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and growth.
