ITCON Services is looking for a bright, motivated Help Desk and Microsoft 365 Administrator to support our client in McLean, Virginia. The individual will be responsible for supporting daily IT operations. The successful candidate will be an experienced and technically skilled Help Desk and Microsoft 365 administrator who understands the fundamentals of how IT support operations function on a day-to-day basis. Strong understanding of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 11 on devices such as the Surface Pro and other laptops. Configuration and troubleshooting of Mac devices is also needed. The candidate should have experience with Microsoft 365 application and admin suite such as Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, etc. The candidate should have a flexible and accommodating working style, be excited about technology and take an initiative, and be willing and able to troubleshoot IT issues while learning new tools and technologies. This position is located on-site four days a week. Required Skills and Qualifications • Ability to maintain essential Microsoft 365 and Help Desk operations, including end user support, Windows 11 troubleshooting, VPN setup, M365 applications troubleshooting, laptop configuration, device tracking, etc. • Maintain Office infrastructure requirements including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti access points, switches, Canon printers, MS Teams Soft phones etc. • Ability to configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Pro devices and other laptops devices for ITCON employees. • Ability to use a ticketing system and respond to tickets within SLA guidelines. • Perform Microsoft Entra ID user account administration and monitoring. • Perform Entra ID group administration, create security permissions, and group policies. • Microsoft Office 365 Exchange email account administration and monitoring. • Interact with ITCON contract teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support. • IT equipment inventory and asset management. • Responding in a timely manner to IT service issues and requests. • Ability to show initiative and work with minimal supervision. • Expert oral and written communication skills to facilitate critical discussions between business customers, project stakeholders, and contracting team. Desired Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science or relevant experience • 3-5 years of experience as a Systems or Help Desk Administrator • Experience with M365 Admin Suite • Experience with PowerShell • Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management • Experience Microsoft Teams administration • Experience with printer management • Excellent client ticket management and resolution • Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills are required Desired Certifications • CompTIA A+ • CompTIA Network+ • Azure Fundamentals AZ-900
