We are looking for a Power Platform expert (Power BI + Power Apps + Power Automate) to help build two HR-focused dashboards that improve our internal evaluation and intake processes. This is a file-based collaboration project — you will not receive login access to our environment. All development will be done using shared files, and final testing and reviews will happen via screen-sharing sessions. 🔹 Project 1 – Talent Review Dashboard Create a Power BI dashboard that allows managers to perform evaluations of their direct reports within Power BI using an embedded Power App. This form will include drop-downs for Performance, Potential, and Readiness, plus comment fields. Manager submissions will write back to Excel, SharePoint, or Dataverse. The dashboard will also display 9-box matrix visuals, readiness summaries, and team-level insights. 🔹 Project 2 – Intake Workflow Dashboard Build a dashboard that visualizes business intake requests and automates tracking workflows. Submissions will come through Excel or Power Apps and be processed via Power Automate flows. The Power BI report will display status, trends, request types, and departmental breakdowns. 💡 Key Requirements: Expertise in Power BI: data modeling, DAX, relationship design, clean visual layout Proficient in Power Apps: building forms embedded in Power BI with dynamic context Experienced in Power Automate: creating flows that update data sources, trigger emails, and log changes Ability to work offline via file sharing only Comfortable reviewing work and testing functionality via Zoom/Meet screen share Strong communication and attention to detail 📦 You Will Deliver: .PBIX file(s) with embedded Power App for write-back input Power App configuration or export Power Automate flow export or screenshots with logic Excel/SharePoint file(s) as data source or output target Documentation for setup, refresh, and handoff If you’ve built HR dashboards, evaluation tools, or request workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform — we’d love to see your work.
