Enabling us to help create healthier and more beautiful communities for future generations. • **This role involves 60 - 75% travel throughout the United States*** • **Must have experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (construction or manufacturing environment experience is a plus)*** Position Overview: We are expanding our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central US team with a Business Consultant, with a special focus on construction in the sports industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong understanding of how it integrates into business processes, especially in construction or manufacturing projects. You will work closely with various business units to analyze their processes, gather requirements, and tailor Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the specific needs of the sports construction sector. As a trusted advisor and ERP Business Consultant, you will guide teams throughout the entire implementation process, ensuring the ERP system enhances project management, budgeting, and operational efficiency. A solid grasp of ERP systems and core business processes, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and project management/jobs, will be crucial to your success in optimizing these workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal (international) teams to integrate Business Central with other enterprise systems, provide continuous support, and help streamline business operations. Responsibilities: • Implementation & Configuration: Assist with setup and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business requirements for new business acquisitions. • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into ERP solutions. • System Integration & Optimization: Assist team with integration with other enterprise systems and optimize Business Central for better performance. • Training & Support: Provide user training and ongoing support, troubleshooting issues as they arise. • Project Management & Documentation: assist with ERP vertically integrated projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining detailed documentation. • Post-Implementation Support: Assist with system testing, UAT, and post-launch support. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features and industry trends to propose improvements. Qualifications: • At least 2 years proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, projects/jobs). • Ability to analyze and resolve technical and operational challenges. • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred (e.g., MB-800). • Familiarity with ProjectPro365 and project-based industries, such as (sports) construction, is a plus.
