Job Summary Cherry Bekaert’s Advisory Business Optimization Service line is growing and seeking a Business Applications Architect. The BPM Architect will serve as Business Process Management and Automation architect to help define, document, improve and automate client business processes using toolsets such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power platform or Nintex platform. In addition to overseeing technical architecture, this role is critical in driving business development, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and managing key client relationships to support long-term success. Duties & Responsibilities • The Business Process Analyst would show business acumen and is responsible for understanding the breadth and depth of client business processes and requirements • Lead and manage the architecture and delivery of large-scale solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and strategies • Oversee multiple projects, provide technical leadership, and direction across diverse client engagements • Act as the subject matter expert on various technologies, guiding clients through technology decisions and ensuring implementation excellence • The Analyst will be responsible for facilitating discovery sessions with designated personnel to review current business processes and document existing and future-state forms and workflows • Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of business application solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (e.g. Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) • Mentor and coach associate- and senior associate level architects, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing within the team • Exhibit tight project/scope change management, ensuring changes in scope are documented and discussed with the client as they occur • Monitor the performance of deployed solutions, identifying opportunities for improvements and optimizations • Identify opportunities for additional services within existing client accounts and actively support cross-selling of relevant in use business solutions • They will perform client business reviews such as process mapping, software gap analysis and other business efficiency and effectiveness evaluations Job Competencies, Skills, And Abilities • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in business process modeling and automation experience using SharePoint, Nintex, Power Platform or similar tools • Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor • Proven track record of business development, including identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities withing client accounts, and supporting sales cycles from proposal through to implementation • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including but not limited to Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint, Data Bricks, Dynamics 365 • Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven leadership and team management skills, including experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior staff in delivery settings • 6+ years experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) or Nintex Forms/Workflows • Able to successfully work in a fast-paced, stressful environment • 6+ years experience with Microsoft 365 platform of Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint • Understand integration concepts (APIs, connectors, data flow) and experience working with data across systems • Experience supporting sales activities, such as contributing to proposals, developing solution strategies, and participating in client demos or RFP responses EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES • Bachelors Degree (Information technology, Computer Science or related field) Required • Microsoft Certified Professional (Preferred) • Nintex Certified (Preferred) What you can expect from us: • Our shared values that foster inclusion and belonging including uncompromising integrity, collaboration, trust, and mutual respect • The opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you • A collaborative environment focused on enabling you to further your career growth and continuous professional development • Competitive compensation and a total rewards package that focuses on all aspects of your wellbeing • Flexibility to do impactful work and the time to enjoy your life outside of work • Opportunities to connect and learn from professionals from different backgrounds and with different cultures Cherry Bekaert cares about our people.
