This role spans the full program lifecycle—including design, deployment, and ongoing improvements. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring business applications within the Power Platform, including 3+ years of hands-on Power Pages self-service portal development. • Deep understanding of Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE, including customization, configuration, and user management. • Hands-on experience developing custom Power Pages solutions using Liquid Templates. • 2+ years of experience in web front-end development with a human-centered design approach. • Strong knowledge of Contact Center applications (e.g., Telephony & IVR solutions), self-service portals, and native mobile applications. • Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. • Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 CE with back-office systems (e.g., ERP) and payment gateways. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Azure DevOps Testing Module. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Relevant certifications: • Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910) • Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core (MB-200) • Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) • Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) Preferred Skills: • Experience with enterprise business solutions, particularly SAP projects. • Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies. • Actively pursuing or familiar with: • MS Dynamics Fast Track recognized architect • Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) recognition • Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230) • Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) Duties: • Configure, develop, and thoroughly test self-service portals using Power Pages based on Agile user stories. • Create technical tasks for user story delivery in Azure DevOps. • Develop unit test cases and test scripts in Azure DevOps. • Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, team leads, and other stakeholders for successful project delivery. • Participate as an active team member in implementing defined solutions. • Assist in defining functional requirements for integrating Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE with various platforms such as Contact Center applications, self-service portals, ChatBOTs, SAP, and payment gateways. • Ensure seamless integration, high performance, and efficient data flow across systems. • Support development of end-user training programs to ensure effective use of Power Platform solutions. • Promote user adoption through effective change management and support initiatives. • Provide knowledge transfer to team members to ensure broad understanding of the solution across the technical team. • Offer ongoing support and optimize Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE solutions. • Identify and implement enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience. • Configure Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE applications to align with business requirements. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customizations and integrations meet functional needs and comply with established standards. • Build and maintain productive relationships with technology staff, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients. • Lead and actively participate in project team activities related to enterprise system efforts. • Work independently to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities. • Follow all applicable standards, policies, and procedures. • Utilize various software and technology tools to execute job duties. • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.
