Job Description Summary Make an Impact with Every Deployment Are you passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and modern DevOps practices? Raymond James is seeking a DevOps Engineer with Java development skills and a solid understanding of .NET build and deployment processes. In this role, you'll help streamline software delivery across the firm by building internal tools, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting .NET deployments. Note: This role does not involve active .NET development. However, a solid understanding of .NET build and deployment workflows is essential. Job Description This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month. Please note: This role is not eligible for immigration Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future. What You'll Do: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and optimize software delivery. • Build and maintain internal tools and integrations using Java. • Support and troubleshoot .NET build and deployment pipelines. • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines. • Monitor deployments using automated testing and quality gates. • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule(once every 7 weeks; minimal after-hours support). Requirements: • 3+ Years experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or build/release engineering • Experience with .NET build tools(MSBuild, NuGet, .NET CLI) • Experience with Javafor backend development and pipeline integration • Experience with Jenkins(Groovy a plus) • Solid understanding ofGitand source control strategies • Excellent troubleshooting skills for build and deployment issues • Comfortable working in ahybrid environment • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule Bonus Skills: • Experience withAzure DevOps Server,SonarQube, and CI/CD metrics tools • Exposure tocloud-native deployments(Azure, AWS) • Familiarity withJavaScript frameworks(e.g., Angular) • Scripting skills inPowerShell,Bash, orPython • Experience inregulated or enterprise environments • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Eagerness to learn and share knowledge Why Join Raymond James?
