**Who You’ll Work With** As a Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solution Owner, you’ll work directly with clients and their stakeholders to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that drive business transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, security, and business leaders, while guiding them through every stage of the engagement. In this role, you’ll serve as both a trusted advisor and delivery lead, ensuring projects achieve their objectives while creating lasting value for clients. • *What You’ll Do** - Lead the end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, from initiation through go-live. - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and governance structures to align with business priorities. - Develop and maintain project plans, managing scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Conduct assessments, lead fit-gap analyses, and design scalable, future-ready cloud solutions aligned with business requirements. - Partner with Solution Architects and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies. - Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies; establish and guide Scrum teams as needed. - Oversee testing, readiness, and change management to support user adoption and successful rollouts. - Provide regular progress updates, reports, and executive-level communications. - Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting ongoing governance. • *What You’ll Bring** • *Project Management Expertise** - 5+ years of experience managing the delivery of Microsoft cloud solutions, with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. - Background in consulting or client-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive measurable outcomes. - Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies; hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA. - Professional certifications (e.g., IAPM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred. • *Solution & Functional Knowledge** - Strong understanding of cloud solution delivery best practices and emerging technologies. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). - Exposure to Copilot Studio is a plus. • *Leadership & Collaboration** - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical specialists, and offshore resources. - Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to independently run workshops and working sessions. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • *Communication & Client Focus** - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong client and delivery focus. • *About Us** Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Consultant level the base salary pay range is $96,000 to $177,000. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
