The Tier 1 Network Administrator will be the initial point of contact for network issues, outages, and service requests. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, triaging incidents, and performing basic troubleshooting tasks based on established procedures. Additional duties involve fulfilling service requests, documenting issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-tier support teams.
