Job Summary Location : Durham, NC only, targeting local candidates Required Skills Passionate about working in a DevOps environment Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins location: Durham, North Carolina job type: Contract salary: $ per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors Responsibilities Strong understanding and practical experience with implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) preferably using Terraform or an equivalent tool. Experienced with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Demonstrated hands-on experience with two or more languages - Python, Java, Groovy etc. Qualifications Strong Unix/Linux knowledge with working experience in installing, configuring applications and resolving issues in a public cloud environment like AWS and/or Azure Experience installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining application software and system management tools. Skills Hands-on experience configuring container and serverless applications Strong desire to learn and experiment with new technologies based on cloud trends Strong communication and influencing skills. Experience working in globally distributed teams.
