You'll play a key role in AI integration, data reporting, and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities Power Platform & Dynamics 365 • Administer and customize Dynamics 365 CRM integrations with Power Platform tools • Build and maintain low-code Canvas Apps tailored to business needs • Ensure documentation and consistent CRM workflows Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Administration • Govern Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, policies, and performance • Utilize Copilot Studio to develop intelligent automation solutions • Support responsible AI use within Power Platform and M365 • Identify opportunities for AI-driven process enhancements Required Skills & Qualifications • 8+ years customizing D365 CRM entities, workflows, and Power Platform integrations • 8+ years in technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and debugging • 5+ years in Power BI reporting and data modeling • 3+ years with Copilot Studio for M365 Copilot automation • 3+ years working with Azure services, especially Azure Active Directory Ready to make an impact?
