As part of our growth, we are looking for a highly skilled Fiserv ClearTouch System Administrator with expertise in bank operations, report writing, and project management to join our team. Position Summary: This position will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and enhancement of the Fiserv ClearTouch system. The role also requires proficiency in Fiserv Business Analytics and Cognos report writing to support business intelligence needs. Additionally, strong project management skills using Microsoft Project and Smartsheet are essential to manage cross-functional system upgrades, integrations, and improvements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities System Administration : Administer, configure, and troubleshoot the Fiserv ClearTouch core banking system to ensure efficient daily operations. Report Writing : Create and maintain business reports using Fiserv Business Analytics and IBM Cognos , tailoring reports to operational and management needs. Project Management : Lead system implementation and integration projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources using Microsoft Project and Smartsheet. Data Analysis : Analyze data for business insights and decision-making. Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external vendors to optimize system performance and implement upgrades. Security & Compliance : Ensure that systems and reports comply with security policies and banking regulations. Background and Experience: Bank Operations Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in bank operations, with a solid understanding of core banking processes. Fiserv ClearTouch : Experience in configuring and maintaining the Fiserv ClearTouch system. Report Writing : Strong proficiency in Fiserv Business Analytics and Cognos for generating custom reports. Project Management : Expertise in Microsoft Project and Smartsheet to lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. SQL Knowledge : Basic SQL skills for data extraction and analysis. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.
