Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Analytics Consultant! The Pharmacy Analytics Consultant plays a vital role in supporting both Pharmacy and Medical Drug information needs through a variety of analytic tools and applications. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help achieve Pharmacy Markets' strategic objectives related to growth, compliance, and affordability. Your Role: • Lead and manage projects, conducting research that meets business objectives across the enterprise. • Analyze data to identify business problems and opportunities for process improvements. • Provide insights and analytic support within the Pharmacy Division and collaborate with various departments to optimize Pharmacy Benefits. • Develop new Pharmacy products and evaluate their feasibility through research and analysis. • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels regarding cost trends and savings strategies. • Deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders, actively participating in collaborative meetings. • Conduct pricing analyses for pharmacy benefit Requests for Proposal alongside Sales, Finance, and Actuarial teams. • Support strategy development and innovative programs that align with enterprise goals. • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and participate in audits. • Establish standardized reporting processes to facilitate business activities. • Stay updated on Health Plans tools and data sources to deliver accurate data. • Process complex datasets, tailoring them to customer needs for user-friendly presentations. • Work with specialized analytic units to enhance reporting efficiency. • Engage with external partners to contribute to the success of Health Plan objectives. • Enhance your Pharmacy knowledge and consulting skills to drive affordability and savings. • Develop unified strategies with departments focused on healthcare costs reduction. • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines to successful completion. • Collaborate and support team members to foster growth and development. • Proactively address data-related issues and bring forward concerns as necessary. • Build collaborative relationships across functional teams. • Adhere to the corporate privacy policies and maintain member privacy standards. • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role. • Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Medical Informatics, Economics, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in data analysis (minimum two years). • Proficient in analytic tools such as SAS, Cognos, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences. • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare products and operational knowledge. • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders. • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
