Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant D365 Finance to lead and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in finance modules, excellent client-facing skills, and a strong understanding of business processes across industries. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Project Accounting, etc.). Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process mapping. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine financial processes within D365. Configure the application per the approved solution design and user requirements. Support data migration, testing, and user training activities. Act as the primary liaison between clients, developers, and other project stakeholders. Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support during implementation and post go-live phases. Participate in pre-sales activities including solution estimation and proposal development, when needed. Keep up to date with Microsoft product updates and recommend best practices and process improvements. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 58 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance. Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O (Finance modules). Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles and how they translate into D365 functionality. Experience with localization requirements, tax configurations, and financial reporting. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
