We are seeking a System Administrator Tier 3 with MSP experience who thrives in dynamic environments and takes ownership of escalations, keeps clients running smoothly, and mentors junior technicians. This role is the steady hand in complex situations, where you will stabilize, resolve, and guide while also helping to shape how the team prevents similar issues in the future. What You’ll Do • Own L3 triage and escalations across server, cloud, and networking environments • Support and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop environments (user/session issues, image updates, scaling, policies, app delivery) • Document fixes, processes, and SOPs to reduce recurring escalations and build team knowledge • Mentor and coach junior technicians, improving troubleshooting skills and customer communication • Act as a trusted client-facing resource, setting expectations and providing clear, non-technical updates What You’ll Bring • 3–5+ years of MSP experience in multi-client environments • Strong expertise with Windows Server (latest), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, RDP, TCP/IP, VPN/SSL VPN • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint; bonus for legacy Exchange migrations) • Experience with VMware vSphere implementations/migrations and Azure services • Networking knowledge: L2/L3 switching, VLANs, SonicWall (NSv/NSA/TZ series) • Hardware/Storage: HPE servers, Nimble SAN, MSA • Familiarity with PSA/RMM platforms (ConnectWise, NinjaRMM) and documentation systems (IT Glue) • Exposure to legal-sector applications and macros (a plus, not required) Bonus Skills • Nerdio for Azure Virtual Desktop management • Citrix Cloud or Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops support experience • Project management for infrastructure rollouts Benefits • 100% Employer-paid Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance • Hybrid WFH (80% at home, 20% onsite) • 401(k) with employer match • Profit Sharing • Paid Vacation, PTO, and Holidays • Remote work flexibility • Internal career growth opportunities • Supportive, long-tenured team environment
