Job Title: Systems Administrator Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Hybrid) Experience Required: 3+ Years Job Description: "Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Systems Administrator for an exciting job in Baton Rouge, LA. Responsibilities: • Provide first-level help desk and desk-side support for photogrammetric, GIS, CADD, and engineering applications, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. • Support applications such as ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, Feature Collection, DTM Collection, Digital Mensuration, Automatic Elevations, Image Analyst, ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, Bluebeam, ProjectWise, and others. • Maintain and manage software licenses for CADD and engineering applications and coordinate with vendors for upgrades and issue resolution. • Support large-format plotters, scanners, desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, including troubleshooting, repair, and configuration. • Provide second-level support for Microsoft operating systems and Office applications. • Assist with project planning, workstation deployments, and server specification input. Required Experience & Expertise: • Minimum of 1 year of Bentley ProjectWise administration experience. • Minimum of 1 year supporting photogrammetric software. • Minimum of 1 year providing Bentley MicroStation CADD management in a networked environment. • Minimum of 1 year supporting CADD applications such as InRoads and Interplot. • Minimum of 1 year supporting large-format plotters and scanners in a managed CADD environment. • Minimum of 1 year in multi-application/vendor license management. • Minimum of 1 year in project planning and management. • Minimum of 1 year installing and supporting Bluebeam software. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems. • Relevant Bentley Certifications in areas such as MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, or CADD management are highly preferred. Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication skills for assisting end-users and coordinating with vendors. • Ability to manage multiple applications, software environments, and hardware devices.
