Job Title: Application Support with T-SQL Work Location Jersey City, NJ, United States Job Description: • Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL and T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts. • Investigate and resolve application issues related to data, performance, and integration. • Collaborate with development teams to understand application logic and support deployments. • Monitor application and database performance using tools like SQL Server Profiler, Extended Events, and Azure Monitor. • Perform data analysis, validation, and correction as needed to support business operations. • Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolution steps. • Participate in environment refreshes, data masking, and release activities. • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards. • Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL (queries, joins, indexing, stored procedures). • Experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET applications and Azure SQL. • Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
