We are a growing Managed Services Provider delivering IT support, security, and network solutions to small and mid-sized businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. We’re expanding and looking for a System Administrator with MSP experience who can take responsibility for client environments, assist with projects, and grow into more advanced infrastructure work. What You Will Do • Act as a Level 2 resource for escalated tickets involving desktops, servers, networking, and cloud platforms • Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, printers, and endpoint security • Assist with server maintenance, patching, and basic configuration tasks • Participate in migrations, deployments, and project work under senior guidance • Document technical work accurately in PSA and RMM tools • Deliver excellent client communication and service while managing multiple environments What You Bring • Two to four years of experience in a Managed Services Provider • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills across Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking • Experience with Autotask, Datto, IT Glue, or similar MSP tools preferred • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, firewalls, and switches (WatchGuard or Barracuda a plus) • Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure • A reliable, self-driven mindset and a passion for learning new technologies Why You Will Love It Here • Competitive salary range from $65,000 to $75,000 • Hybrid WFH schedule after onboarding period • Profit sharing and retirement plan with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life, short-term, and long-term disability coverage • Three weeks of PTO plus holidays • Bonuses for certifications and ongoing training opportunities • Recognition and rewards program plus weekly meal benefit • A collaborative MSP culture that values responsibility, growth, and work-life balance
