We are looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to join our dedicated team in St. Louis, MO. What you will do: • Utilize your expertise: Develop optimal data solutions ensuring accuracy and effective reporting, using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SAP Analysis for Office. • Build BI reports: Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and maintain business intelligence reports of varying complexity. • Create data solutions: Design and uphold data warehouses, pipelines, and workflows, employing SAP S/4HANA CDS views, SAP Datasphere, MS Azure, and Databricks to deliver real-time insights. • Test rigorously: Independently plan and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance tests to guarantee system reliability. • Collaborate effectively: Work with business stakeholders and users to develop and maintain insightful reports and dashboards. • Support data conversions: Assist in seamless data migration and integration for projects of varying complexity. • Enhance continuously: Analyze current data systems and recommend enhancements to optimize the scalability and performance of BI solutions. Qualifications to be a strong candidate: • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Systems or related field. • 5+ years of experience in related areas, with expertise in automated data warehousing and data visualization tools like MS Power BI. • Proficient in Azure, MS Synapse, Databricks, SAP Core Data Services (CDS) views, SQL, Python, and DAX. • In-depth knowledge of data modeling and analytics, with experience in large-scale data warehouse and lake environments. • Ability to extract and communicate insights effectively to business partners and senior management. • Strong collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional teams for gathering requirements and defining project scope. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Adaptable in fast-paced environments, able to work with both structured and unstructured data.
