Under general supervision of the Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) Data, Information & Analytics Services (DIAS) Information Technology Manager l, the Information Technology Specialist ll serves as the Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer of the Lottery's complex Business Intelligence and Business Analytics (BIBA) platforms. The incumbent is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and monitoring complex data models, architectures, data reports and dashboards that provide insights into lottery operations, sales, and player behavior. Creating and managing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to gather data from various sources, preparing it for analysis. The focus of this position includes the cloud migration, integration, and maintenance of the BIBA platform, applications, data warehouses, and related components. The duties for this position are focused in the Software Engineering and Systems Engineering domains. Work may be assigned in other domains as needed.
