Job Title: DevOps Engineer About the Role: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our enterprise engineering team, supporting large-scale application deployment and automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), automation scripting, and container orchestration. This role requires hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices to improve software delivery efficiency, scalability, and reliability.Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. • Deploy, monitor, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline application delivery and support release management. • Manage source control repositories (Git), branching strategies, and version control workflows. • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch. • Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and security. • Troubleshoot build failures, deployment issues, and environment inconsistencies. • Ensure infrastructure as code (IaC) standards and best practices are followed. • Support incident response and post-mortem analysis for production systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of IT experience with 4+ years in DevOps roles. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI. • Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other infrastructure automation tools. • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix administration, networking, and security fundamentals. • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS, or EKS). • Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Strong understanding of monitoring tools and system observability. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Helm charts, Istio, or service mesh architecture. • Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools (ArgoCD, Flux). • Exposure to microservices architecture and API gateways. • Familiarity with security automation, vulnerability scanning, and DevSecOps principles. • Experience integrating DevOps pipelines with QA automation frameworks.
