We are looking for a seasoned Senior Power Apps Developer - Lead to join our dynamic team. You will play a key part in an Agile environment that emphasizes productivity and supports the achievement of our customers' mission goals. As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in building intricate PowerApps model-driven applications and Portals using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Your role will involve writing tasks and tests related to user stories, ensuring that requirements are met to the highest standards, and reporting status and barriers in daily Scrum sessions. Responsibilities: • Act as the technical lead within the Agile team. • Guide the development of model-driven Power Apps. • Create client-facing websites and forms using PowerApps Portal. • Maintain application environments (Dev/Stage/PROD). • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to model processes and validate data. • Engage with system stakeholders to capture data requirements effectively. • Ensure application processes align with business workflows. • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives. • Support Business Analysts in technical evaluation and requirement development. • Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPT). Basic Qualifications: • Active Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one. • Master's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of technical experience. • Demonstrated experience managing a software development team in an AGILE environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. • Proven track record of leading high-performing developer teams. • Experience in developing product roadmaps aligned with customer strategies. • Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Required Technical Skills: • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Model-driven and Canvas Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages/Portals, and Power Apps Pipeline in an Azure environment. • High proficiency in developing reports and visualizations using Power BI. • Strong experience in data architecture transformation using the Dataverse platform. • Experience in managing and developing data tables within Dataverse. • Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, and FetchXML. • Expertise in Power Apps Pipeline for efficient app migration. • Experience in large scale data management and modeling. • Skilled in delivering status updates and product demos to clients. • Adept at converting customer requirements into functional application specifications (User Stories/Backlog Items). • Support new user requirements and assist in planning future features. • Lead development initiatives effectively. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: • Experience in designing and implementing data models in A365. • Experience in developing customized SharePoint apps using Power Apps. • Knowledge of designing data exchanges following System Interface Agreements. • Experience with modern page development on SharePoint Online. Pay Range: Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00 This pay range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation or salary.
