If you are skilled in developing advanced PowerApps model-driven applications and Portals using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, this role is for you! You will engage closely with team members, product teams, cybersecurity, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. Your capability to write detailed tasks and tests based on user stories is vital to maintaining high standards of delivery. Candidate Requirements: Must be located in the MD/Northern VA/DC area for hybrid/onsite work. Must be a US Citizen or US Person (Green Card Holder) capable of obtaining a level 4 Public Trust Clearance. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the technical lead for an Agile team. • Serve as a primary Power Apps developer with a focus on model-driven design. • Create and maintain client-facing websites and forms via PowerApps Portal. • Manage application baselines across development, staging, and production environments. • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team on process modeling and data validation. • Engage with system stakeholders to define data requirements for process models. • Ensure application processes align with evolving business processes. • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Support the Business Analyst in developing and evaluating technical requirements. • Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Basic Qualifications: • Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain it. • Master's Degree and a minimum of 15 years of relevant technical experience. • Proven experience managing software development teams in an Agile context. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong team collaboration skills. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Experienced in leading high-performing development teams. • Skilled in creating product roadmaps that resonate with customer objectives. • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Technical Skills Required: • Expertise in developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including model-driven and canvas apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals, in an Azure environment. • Proficient in creating reports, charts, and graphs with Power BI. • Experienced in transforming data architectures via the Dataverse platform. • Ability to build and manage data tables in Dataverse. • Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Liquid, and FetchXML. • Proficient in using Power Apps Pipeline for application tier transitions. • Strength in large-scale data management and modeling. • Adept at providing status briefings and product demonstrations to clients. • Capable of translating customer needs into actionable functional requirements (User Stories/Backlog Items). • Support new user requirements and assist in planning new features for future releases. • Lead development initiatives effectively. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in designing and implementing data models in A365. • Background in developing customized SharePoint apps using Power Apps. • Expertise in designing and implementing data exchanges per System Interface Agreements. • Proficiency in developing modern pages on SharePoint Online. Pay Range: $126,100.00 - $227,950.00 The Leidos pay range for this position is a general guideline and does not guarantee compensation or salary.
