Title: Data Engineer - Hybrid (Nashville, TN) Why is this position open: Growth Pay/Salary/Benefits/Perks: Up to $110K + 10% bonus, competitive benefits Work from Home Policy: Hybrid (Nashville) Interview Process: 3 Interviews, streamlined process Key Skills: 2+ years of data analysis, Azure Responsibilities : • Monitor and maintain key processes; claims processing and supporting our underwriting team at key renewal dates initially • Responsible for developing, maintaining and reporting on risk portfolio metrics • Critically evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency • Critically evaluate the available data, identify gaps and work to resolve • Help to improve decision making with the quantitative information available through your processes • Work with business partners to drive out additional questions to be answered through the data • Proactively look for opportunities to work with peers within the team and beyond on opportunities to improve our processes and our data Qualifications: • 2+ years of relevant experience with some portion involving business process, data, and/or analysis • Azure experience • Bachelor's degree required
