Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles, preferably in finance or banking sectors
• Proven expertise with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms—Azure, AWS, and GCP—and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
• Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Familiarity with security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR), and audit requirements for banking
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
