Systems & Networking Engineer Level 2 | MSP | $90K–$100K + Bonus | Orange County (Two clients site in OC and HQ in LA) Join a rapidly growing MSP and Cloud Security & Compliance Provider serving healthcare, finance, legal, and entertainment clients across the West Coast. This hybrid role blends hands-on systems support and networking projects, offering a unique chance to deepen skills in cloud, security, compliance, and network design. MSP experience required. What You’ll Do: • Provide L2 support for desktops, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments (Windows Server, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange, Intune) • Install, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki & Ubiquiti networks (routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs) • Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN networks, including VLANs, site-to-site VPNs, routing, and security policies • Conduct wireless surveys and create Ubiquiti heat maps for coverage & reliability • Implement post-assessment recommendations and assist across systems, help desk, and networking tasks • Collaborate closely with Security Network Engineers on network and compliance projects Requirements: • 2+ years MSP experience • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, Intune • Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti networking experience, including CLI configuration • Experience with network design: Layer 1 cable pulls & terminations, Layer 2 VLAN mapping, Layer 3 routing & security • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and excellent client communication Compensation & Benefits: • $90K–$100K + incentive bonus • Comprehensive benefits package 100% paid by company • Hands-on growth opportunities in networking, cloud, and compliance Location: Hybrid – HQ is located in LA (Whittier, CA) but majority of time with two clients in OC.
