We’re looking for a Senior System Administrator with MSP experience who’s ready to take ownership of complex environments. In this role, you’ll be the escalation point for advanced issues while also leading the implementation of projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, and networking. From migrations and deployments to troubleshooting critical problems, you’ll be hands-on every day ensuring client systems run smoothly and securely. This isn’t a siloed position, you’ll work directly with clients, collaborate with engineers, and help shape IT roadmaps. What You’ll Do • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues • Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, and networks • Lead migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security improvements • Manage escalated tickets and keep environments stable and efficient • Partner with vCIOs and the projects team on client IT strategy What You Bring • Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, servers, and networking • MSP background with multi-client support exposure • Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Ability to manage projects while staying client-focused Why You’ll Love It • Salary: $125K–$140K (DOE) • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Retirement Match, Certification Assistance • A senior-level seat where you stay deeply technical while driving client success
