We are a growing MSP and looking for an experienced Systems Administrator that loves technology, enjoys tackling complex problems, and thrives on making the customer experience amazing. As a Managed Service Provider, the environment is fast paced, demands accountability and teamwork, and is rewarding. Responsibilities: • Discovery - Ability to jump into new environments to discover/document network as well as make recommendations based on industry best practices. • Design, implement, and support server architecture including Windows Server, SQL, Exchange, VMWare, etc. • Knowledge and experience with setting up and maintaining Windows Domains, GPOs, and Active Directory • Design, Implement, and Support disaster recovery solutions. • Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. • Experience with configuring business-class firewalls and VPNs. • Work with clients, vendors, and 3rd party consultants to implement technical solutions projects for infrastructure and desktops. • Ability to work independently and with a team of technicians. • System documentation maintenance and recommendations. • Communication with customers/team as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages. Qualifications: • Advanced troubleshooting of technical issues • Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems. • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. • Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA, etc. Company Description As a growing IT MSP provider, F1 Technology Group is seeking driven, experienced team members that are passionate about technology and customer service.
