The Role: What You’ll Do As a Senior System Administrator (MSP), you’ll play a hands-on role supporting client infrastructure, leading migrations, and handling escalations. Your week will include a mix of project delivery, advanced troubleshooting, and cloud systems design. • Manage system security, AD roles/permissions, Group Policy • Support & design cloud and virtualized environments (Azure, AWS, Hyper-V) • Oversee LAN/WAN deployments, VLANs, segmentation, and advanced networking • Manage project migrations from on-premises to the cloud (O365, Azure, AWS) • Deploy & maintain firewalls, routers, and switches (SonicWall, Fortinet, Ubiquiti) • Provide escalated support and mentor junior techs when needed • Document work in IT Glue and manage tickets in Autotask PSA • Support industry-leading security tools (SentinelOne, Datto, Huntress, etc.) What We’re Looking For • 4+ years in an MSP environment (must-have) • Proven background in a Level 2/3 support or project role • Expert with Active Directory, O365, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS • Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VLANs) • Track record of successful cloud migrations • Certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, or equivalent) highly preferred • Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts clearly to end users What You’ll Get • $70K – $80K base salary + bonus pay/comp time • Health Insurance + IRA (3% match) • PTO and holidays • Monthly cash incentives based on performance • Training & certification reimbursement • Supportive leadership + a place to grow
