This role also involves leading a team of finance and accounting professionals, as well as Microsoft Power Platform Analysts, and requires a deep understanding of compliance and reporting related to MTL and banking regulations. The VP will be responsible for the administration and delivery of advanced analytics and reporting, managing performance, and developing reconciliation processes. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and experience in administering, designing, and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform are essential. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in treasury accounting, particularly in a large or complex organization with high-volume transactions. A background of at least 5 years' in managing and designing with Microsoft Power Platform technologies is also required.
