Title: Systems and Network Administrator with Desktop Support - Office 365 Location: Denver Suburbs Salary: $80k–$90k / year Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Non-Exempt Sponsorship: Not Available Role Overview General Overview: This role is a blend of Microsoft Systems Administration, Network Administration, and Desktop Support in a fast-paced, mission-driven energy company. You will review and evaluate infrastructure, ensure compliance, and support corporate staff. Key Skills: • Microsoft Systems Administration • Network Administration (routers, switches, VLANs, VPN, firewall configuration) • Desktop Support – Windows Office 365 Critical Skills/Technologies: • Windows Server (2016/2022): AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO • Networking protocols and hardware (OSPF/BGP) • Backup/Recovery tools (Veeam, Acronis, Windows Server Backup) • Security patching and overall awareness Desired Skills/Technologies: • Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python • Network monitoring and traffic analysis tools Experience/Degree/Certifications: • No degree required but would be a plus • 3–5 years of systems/network administration experience in a O365, Windows/Cloud hybrid environment Team Size & Dynamics: Small 30-person corporate office with several branch locations
