What You'll Be Doing: As an IT Administrator, your primary focus will be managing and resolving IT support requests through our ticketing system and handling the setup, deployment, and configuration of computers and peripherals for new and existing users. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding experiences, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide responsive support across a variety of common technical issues. You’ll also assist with basic network troubleshooting, support internal events with hardware setup, and contribute to documentation that helps streamline IT operations. Your Key Responsibilities: • Managing and resolving IT support requests using a ticketing system (e.g., Freshservice, JIRA) • Setting up, imaging, and deploying computers and peripherals for users, including user-specific customization • Maintaining and updating asset inventory records for hardware and software • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning • Supporting internal events with hardware setup and coordination • Performing basic network checks (e.g., verifying connectivity, restarting devices, escalating issues) • Creating and maintaining documentation for repeatable tasks and support procedures • Providing occasional off-hours support and on-site assistance at nearby offices (up to 20% travel) Is This the Right Role for You?
