Job Description • 8+ years in enterprise application architecture and development. • Proven track record in leading Dynamics 365 implementations for large organizations. • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services. • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, data modeling, and integration frameworks. • Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics customizations. • Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud deployments. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Experience in emerging technologies like GenAi and Agentic AI , Microsoft Copilot Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, ERP, Power Platform) ensuring integration with enterprise systems. • Technical Leadership: Lead development teams, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards. • Customization & Configuration: Implement customizations, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. • Integration Strategy: Develop integration patterns with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure data pipelines , Fabric, Azure, SharePoint, third-party APIs). • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Security & Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with Vanguard’s security policies and regulatory standards.
