This is a hybrid position combining technical support, pre-sales engineering, and QA/testing. You will ensure the seamless integration of Overe's platform with M365 and guide customers to maximize its utility. You'll stay ahead of Microsoft updates and assist in shaping our product to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: • M365 & Azure Expertise: Keep abreast of Microsoft 365 and Azure developments, ensuring Overe is always updated. • Customer Support: Help customers optimize their Microsoft 365 security and demonstrate how Overe can efficiently mitigate risks. • Pre-Sales Support: Assist IT teams and MSPs in evaluating Overe, addressing technical inquiries about M365 security and compliance. • Testing & QA: Validate new features, replicate customer environments, and give constructive feedback to enhance product reliability. • Best Practices Education: Inform customers about the latest Microsoft security measures and how our solutions can protect them. Your Role: While you will not be directly managing customers' security, you will be the primary resource for all things Microsoft 365 at Overe. Who You Are: • Microsoft 365/Azure Specialist: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience within an MSP, with exposure to diverse industries. • Security-Oriented: Knowledgeable about concepts like MFA, BEC, and privileged access misuse. • Self-Starter: You proactively stay informed about the rapid changes in Microsoft's ecosystem. • Effective Communicator: Skilled in simplifying complex subjects for both customers and internal teams. • Startup Enthusiast: Thrives in a dynamic environment where you can shape your own impact.
