Job Title: DevOps Engineer - (Only W2) Location: Phoenix Onsite Experience: 9 + Years. Preferred: (W2 / 1099) Duration: Long Term. JD We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and streamline our development and deployment processes. You will work closely with software engineers, QA, and IT teams to implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and ensure system reliability and performance. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (or similar technologies). • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support deployment and release cycles. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog). • Ensure best practices in source control, branching strategies, and versioning. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 9+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role. • Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems. • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices. • Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Certification in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with security best practices (DevSecOps). • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
