About the position Responsibilities • Diagnose complex Infrastructure issues and develop remediation strategies. • Design, communicate, and deliver solutions to technical and business audiences. • Document, monitor, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. • Manage the virtual server environment including creating new machines and patching. • Manage user account and email environment including account organization and policy enforcement. • Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, business teams, IT, and external vendors. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on complex server virtualization environments. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Expert understanding of IT Systems, Microsoft Server OS, and Hyper-V. • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy management. • Strong working knowledge of backup concepts and best practices. • Familiarity with the TCP/IP network stack and troubleshooting end device issues. • Knowledge of Enterprise wireless networking and best practices. • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks on a deadline. • Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
