Responsibilities: Lead multiple client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards Lead initial collection / definition of business transformation objectives and requirements for ERP implementation Define the strategy to achieve business transformation objectives Document and improve business process aligned to transformation objectives Utilize standardized process for mapping business needs to technology options, including assessment of risks and possible mitigations Lead the building, testing, and delivery of ERP solutions using industry leading vendor technologies / agile methodologies Provide / analyze high level cost / resource estimates for application development efforts Qualifications: A minimum of five years of technical Microsoft Dynamics D365 experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university preferred Experience with Microsoft D365 in technical design/architecture, integrations, data conversions, process alignments, and development Strong understanding of the D365 technology stack and peripheral technologies (e.g. - Azure, Azure SQL, Power BI, Common Data Service, Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Machine Learning) Strong understanding of D365 processes and best practices Experience as a primary technical leader with the ability to manage resources / multiple projects Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
