This position will work closely with the project manager, technical lead, and business analysts to solicit requirements from key stakeholders, which may include program users, administrative professionals, and subject matter experts. The position will engage with other software developers, quality assurance, and business intelligence resources to ensure that the customers’ needs are at the forefront in the project. The role will be responsible for understanding Tableau dashboards and recreating the same or similar functionalities in Power BI. Skills Required Strong written and verbal communication skills Meeting facilitation and requirements elicitation skills Managing multiple dashboards or priorities Excellent documentation skills, including visual process or project artifacts Translating customer needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements Experience Required Eliciting requirements for midsize to large projects Working with Power BI software and other data visualization tools Designing and building data visualizations with an understanding of the appropriate chart types to use highlight patterns in the data Experience quantifying, tabulating, and analyzing large complex volumes of data to transform the data into actionable insights Understanding Tableau and recreate features and functionality in Power BI modeling experience using a variety of regression and supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Azure DevOps, and is familiar with Jira, or other ticketing systems Familiarity with Google Suite tools and Office Products Experience Preferred - Expert level in Power BI Education Required Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer/Analyst (or equivalent experience)
