You will work closely with the leadership of the Grid and Growth Strategy team in a dynamic and impactful environment. About the Team The Grid & Growth Strategy Team consists of three sub-teams: Growth Strategy, Transmission Strategy, and Interconnection. About the Role The role includes two primary areas of responsibility: (A) Administrative/Operations and (B) Analysis. Responsibilities • Manage payments through SAP and AES's approval process. • Oversee contract management and team coordination. • Support administrative functions including vendor setup and payment processing. • Facilitate contract execution with consultants and software providers, coordinating with subject matter experts and legal teams. • Establish and maintain efficient administrative processes for team operations. • Coordinate weekly and other team communications. • Set up and process payments for vendors (consultants, software providers). • Facilitate contract execution with vendor support from legal and subject matter experts. • Develop and manage administrative processes for team efficiency. • Coordinate team communications. • Perform research and analysis to support team initiatives as needed.
