Role: Infra Technology Specialist- Microsoft Intune Location: Jersey City, New Jersey Job Type: Full time Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive support, administration, and architectural expertise for Microsoft Intune, covering device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security. • Design and implement scalable configuration profiles and compliance policies, transitioning legacy GPOs to cloud-native solutions using Azure AD and Intune. • Optimize and manage Windows Autopilot deployments for hybrid and Azure AD-joined environments, enabling seamless zero-touch provisioning and ensuring ongoing compliance. • Oversee SCCM infrastructure management, including version upgrades, site server configurations, role optimization, and integration with Intune for co-management scenarios. • Lead SCCM-to-Intune migration projects, driving the adoption of modern endpoint management practices for Windows and macOS devices. • Govern Windows 365 Cloud PC environments, focusing on provisioning policies, image management, and user assignments to enhance performance and security. • Facilitate enterprise mobility through hands-on management of corporate-owned and BYOD devices using Intune, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and mobile app configuration strategies. • Administer and secure iOS and Android devices by enforcing application protection, conditional access policies, compliance rules, and productivity optimization with minimal user disruption. • Integrate and support Jamf for macOS endpoint management, including policy deployment, application management, and alignment with security baselines. • Implement and uphold endpoint security protocols, such as BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (ATP), Conditional Access, privileged access controls, and threat protection measures. • Collaborate on vulnerability and patch management workflows with tools like Qualys to ensure system updates and minimize risks across device fleets. • Manage and deploy enterprise applications across Windows and macOS platforms, ensuring appropriate delivery mechanisms and user access controls. • Act as the primary technical lead for modern endpoint management, cloud PC initiatives, and enterprise mobility, collaborating with cross-functional teams, security architects, and operational leads to maintain a secure, compliant, and scalable workplace environment. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until June 4, 2025. The salary for this position is between $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
