This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and managing a scalable data architecture, implementing data pipelines, and delivering actional insights for improved outcomes. The ideal candidate will: • manage, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and data engineer while fostering a high-performance work environment, promoting continuous learning and development. • develop and implement secure, scalable, and reliable data architecture that meets the needs and ensure data integrity and accessibility. • lead the development, maintenance, and performance of data pipelines to ensure effective and efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of critical business data. • partner and work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver analytics solutions that align with Pike's strategic goal. • develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting solutions, providing actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Education/Experience : • Candidates must have Bachelors' Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and a minimum of 10-15 years' of experience in data engineering and business analytics, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required. • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based solutions as well as proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, report creation and dashboard management, required. • Must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering robust data solutions. • Have the ability to lead, communicate and have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team. • Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills, required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have a customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service at all times. The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
