The Senior Vice President (SVP) of IT Services will lead our North America IT services, offshore teams, architecture, infrastructure, and operations. The SVP will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of scalable technology services. This role requires extensive experience in leading IT Service Management (ITSM), leveraging diverse teams both onshore and offshore, and leading managed services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM, technical skills, continuous improvement, and building and leading teams through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
