Overview: The Senior Solution Consultant will utilize best practices and methodologies to gather requirements, design, configure, develop, integrate, implement, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions for our clients. This consultant will work extensively with internal teams, clients, and vendors providing subject matter expertise and hands-on implementation experience. This is an experienced consultant position and will be responsible for managing client expectations and scope. This position will be expected to accomplish a full range of implementation and development duties from pre-sales assistance, business requirements gathering, and design/configuration to development, testing, quality assurance, training, and client support independently and with a team. Proficiency in developing solutions that integrate seamlessly across platforms and leveraging cutting-edge tools and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize workflows is essential. This role demands a dynamic problem-solver who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a steadfast commitment to delivering excellence. The Senior Solution Consultant is also expected to work well independently and with a team. This position is Client facing and must excel in customer engagement and strive to provide high quality services. Responsibilities: - Learn, utilize, and promote Arctic IT's Best Practices and Implementation Methodology. - Work with team members and works independently to configure Microsoft Power Platform, Power Pages, and key third-party products. This work would include building custom entities, development and configuration of various components (business processes, workflows, and flows), security configuration, and report writing. - Leads client meetings to gather business requirements and designs solutions that meet the requirements. - Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to solution proposed. - Complete design/configuration of the solutions. - Complete project documentation such as: Analysis Document, User Acceptance Test Scenarios, and End User Training Documentation/Quick Reference Guides. - Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps to track project tasks. - Lead all tasks relating to requirements gathering, feature testing, solution testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing. - Perform end user training for clients in one on one, webinar, and classroom style settings. - Provide application support for clients during Go Live cut-over. - Work with management to keep projects on schedule and make recommendations to meet deadlines. - Perform demonstrations of solutions to clients as required. - Mentor Solution Consultants. - Support Functional Consulting Manager(s), Solution Architects, Senior Solution Consultants, and other Solution Consultants with various duties. - Maintain certifications and a high level of professional/technical proficiency. Qualifications: Required - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field - 6+ years of Power Platform, Power Pages, and base understanding of the entity and Object Model. - 6+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Field Service (Microsoft CRM or CE) experience with an understanding of the entity and Object Model. - Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 - Experience using Artificial Intelligence as a part of daily tasks - Currently certified in Dynamics Power Platform - Strong understanding of software implementation life cycle, project management, business process management, requirements definition, functional design, quality management, and change management - Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance - Applicants subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements related to the clearance process Plus - Experience with KingswaySof - Experience with HTML, CSS, Liquid Code, Java Script - Experience with SSRS - Experience with Microsoft Power BI WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of work for this role is performed in a home office and interacts with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities and abilities. Telecommuters are expected to have sufficient home office space that appears neat, organized and professional when on video meetings. Travel is required and varies around 25%. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The individual will be subject to sedentary work with the majority of hours in a professional office environment and will need to be able to quickly respond to a change in work demands. The individual is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal for extended periods of time. Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects (1-40 lbs.) are required.
