Location: Remote; Atlanta, GA preferred, but we are open to all candidates US-based Job Type: Full-Time, W2 Job Description As a Power Platform Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in our sales and delivery process, bridging technical expertise and client needs. You will join sales calls, lead proposal development, scope projects, and conduct technical interviews for internal and consultant hires. Your deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform will drive successful client engagements and contribute to our firm’s growth. Key Responsibilities • Sales Support: Participate in all client sales calls, delivering compelling demonstrations of Power Platform capabilities (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) to showcase value and address client pain points. • Proposal Development: Lead and/or support the creation of detailed proposals, including technical solutions, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with client requirements. • Project Scoping: Collaborate with clients to define project scope, gather requirements, and design tailored Power Platform solutions that meet business objectives. • Technical Interviews: Conduct technical interviews for internal hires and new consultants, assessing Power Platform expertise, certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600), and problem-solving skills. • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure successful project outcomes. • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on Power Platform advancements and contribute to internal knowledge sharing to enhance our practice’s capabilities. Required Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or related roles, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Agents). • Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications required (e.g., PL-400, PL-600, or equivalent). Additional Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365) are a plus. • Skills: • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives. • Strong expertise in scoping and designing Power Platform solutions, including integrations with Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies. • Experience developing proposals and rate cards for consulting engagements. • Proficiency in conducting technical interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. • Location: US-based, with ability to work remotely and travel to client sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in IT consulting or with a Microsoft Gold Partner. • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for client and sales process management. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
