Role: AI/ML Engineer Employment Type: Full time (W2) with benefits Workplace Type: 100% on-site Location: Atlanta, GA, USA Salary Range: $126,000 $150,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) We are seeking an experienced Engineer for our client in Atlanta! You will be responsible for the research, design, and development of embedded electronic/electromechanical systems. These systems have applications within various domains, including electronic warfare, communications, avionics, entertainment, and health monitoring. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design complex system architectures (high-performance computing clusters, networks, chipsets, GPUs) based on available hardware (embedded systems, cloud, on premises). Lead a team of engineers responsible for system deployment. Develop novel algorithms and methodologies. Engage with sponsors to understand and meet system requirements. Serve as the primary author on technical reports and proposals. Support content generation, publication, and presentation with regards to technical outreach and conferences. Collaborate with dynamic and multi-disciplinary teams on tailoring AI/ML algorithms for target platforms and/or use cases. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Understanding of AI/ML algorithms, principles, and techniques Proficiency with Python Experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a real-world setting. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow and PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn and pandas) Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets and complex algorithms. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS and Azure) and distributed computing. Understand data privacy and security best practices. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance.
