• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. • Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. • Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. • Be a productive member of the team. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Apps (Canvas Apps), Dynamics 365 – Model Driven Apps (Customer Experience), and deploying applications to the Power Platform using Power Platform Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions. • At least 3 years of C# plugin development experience, 3 years of proficiency with XRM Toolbox. • 4 years of experience in architecting and implementing solutions. • Additionally, the role requires 7+ years of experience in developing SQL queries using Oracle and MS-SQL, and familiarity with Visual Studio, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, and a proven ability to support and enhance low-code/no-code applications in complex environments. • Strong skills in application lifecycle management, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery are essential. • Capable of mentoring new developers on the platform, translating business needs into technical solutions, and performing solution envisioning and requirement analysis. • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate certification is strongly preferred.
