Cogent Analytics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support key operational functions across our Consulting and Professional Services teams. In this role, you'll help drive the success of client engagements by managing critical administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating project documentation, and facilitating internal communication. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role that plays a vital part in supporting our mission of helping small to mid-sized businesses achieve lasting success. Project Administration & Coordination • Track and maintain accurate project data across internal platforms • Manage and organize weekly reports, project documentation, and client records • Ensure timely collection, tagging, and upload of critical documents • Coordinate project logistics, including touchpoint scheduling and task tracking • Monitor resource utilization and help maintain departmental reporting accuracy System Management & Communication • Use platforms like Core, Fulcrum, ClickUp, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage projects • Support project initiations, including permissions, welcome communications, and system setup • Serve as a point of contact for basic system training and troubleshooting • Facilitate interdepartmental communication to streamline workflows Travel & Financial Support • Book and modify travel for field-based consultants as needed • Assist with departmental invoicing, collections, and payment plan documentation The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential data • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and based in (or relocating to) Greensboro, NC • Minimum of two years of operations work experience with a proven track record of delivering value • Advanced computer skills.
