We're looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Trainer to lead the training and development of new Healthcare Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and support ongoing excellence within our Extended Business Office (EBO) team. Position Summary: As a Healthcare Customer Service Trainer, you'll play a critical role in preparing new CSRs for success by providing comprehensive training on policies, procedures, compliance standards, and client-specific needs. Reporting to the EBO Compliance and Technology Manager, you'll help build a high-performing, motivated team while ensuring quality and compliance in every aspect of service. When not actively training, you'll step in to support the team in a CSR or CSS capacity. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain training materials for new hires, processes, clients, and software • Facilitate training classes and coordinate schedules with management and HR • Train CSRs on essential skills, including HIPAA, FDCPA, and compliance protocols • Monitor trainee progress through call shadowing, quality reviews, and test results • Use voice analytics and other data tools to enhance training effectiveness • Track and communicate individual progress and readiness for transition • Assist with quality assurance and documentation of training completion • Support departmental goals, process improvements, and special projects • Serve as CSR or CSS when training classes are not in session What We're Looking For: • Minimum 6 months in a training or leadership role • 1-3 years of experience in healthcare finance or customer service • High school diploma or GED required • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and FDCPA • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Ability to type at least 60 WPM • Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in collections or accounting is a plus Why Join Us? • Competitive benefits • Collaborative, team-oriented culture • Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive organization • Hybrid work environment options available Ready to train the next generation of CSR professionals and make a lasting impact?
