Description The DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team is dedicated to providing security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, in addition to enterprise software and applications. Our Operations staff delivers support for both managed and non-managed desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and communication devices to personnel within the DIT campus buildings and to optimized agencies distributed across the state. In this role as a Tier 3 System Administrator II, you will be the primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools, which include SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM. You will also be involved in Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. Skills • Knowledge and demonstrable skills with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops) • Extensive knowledge of MECM including inventory, software distribution, patch management, and PowerShell scripting at the enterprise level • Strong understanding of Windows OS (10, 11), Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory • Proficient with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, SharePoint • LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills Responsibilities • Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools • Manage Infrastructure Configuration and Remote Endpoint Management Support • Document processes and procedures related to endpoint management • Oversee project management and implementation efforts • Maintain and support a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment • Familiarity with Azure, Intune (MDM, MAM), Crowdstrike Antivirus & Firewall • Knowledge of Bitlocker & Defender (Anti-malware and encryption at the Enterprise level) • Experience with Ivanti Admin patch management for non-Microsoft applications is a plus Education Requirements • Relevant degree or certification in Information Technology or a related field preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Experience Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise endpoint management and support Why work in Raleigh, NC Raleigh, NC, is known for its vibrant tech community, excellent quality of life, and a rich blend of cultural and recreational opportunities.
