Roles and Responsibilities Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions. Basic Qualifications A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university in a background in line with our MS Strategic Disciplines. • Be majoring in or having majored in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with degree focus on Computer Science, Cyber Security, Cyber Software or Systems • (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile) • Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during the 2026 Spring semester • Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) • The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Preferred Qualifications Computer Skills: Python 3, Java, C#, C++, Linux, SSH, MATLAB, Autodesk Inventor and Maya, LabVIEW and Multi-sim, Zebra Inventory Management Systems, Microsoft & Google Office Suites • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher Co-op Pay Range: Bachelor's: $18.50 to $29.75 per hour Master's: $26.50 to $36.50 per hour At Northrop Grumman, our co-op pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the co-op is considered technical or administrative. campusjobs Primary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
